Even scored some lovely parting gifts once car was picked up.

Scott and team was great to accommodate us and the service was impeccable for a small dealer. The only person that felt a little unfriendly was their finance person. But other than that we had a great experience dealing with Scott and Adam. Will definitely come back when we are looking at a new car.

Don’t know where to start, Adam was such a gem to deliver the car all the way to Mandurah on a weekend.

1) I bought it by looking only at online pictures. I neither went to the dealer or test drove the car physically. I just researched it on the internet.
2) Buying it from a country dealer. (I live in Perth area).
3) Never owned a Kia. (Actually the car is for my son for his first car).
Which makes me more inclined to say that Adam Jones did a remarkable job in putting my mind at ease in the buying process. Everything was smooth and no fuss. The car was perfectly delivered and we didn’t even need to go to Bunbury. It got delivered to Mandurah where we picked it up.
You can trust in Bunbury Kia that they would do the right thing and you can buy cars and settle without even going to their dealership. Thank you so much. You have made a very happy teenager and an even happier parent.
