  Cannot believe google still has Qbe office registered in Bunbury it has been closed for 12 months. Does anybody know where I can talk to a real person instead

  OMG, not an option available from the main menu for me. Hate that you can’t choose to speak with a human anymore. Spent 5 minutes with their computer answering service only to be told no humans are available. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE.

  Call centres off shore, " customer service" personall hard to communicate with. Closed local office so face to face conversations to sought out claim. Had an incident where a council verge tree dropped a limb on my vehicle and according to qbe its ny fault and had to pay $500 excess.

  Absolutely disgusting customer service, poor knowledge base on claims and do not honour legitment circumstances. Highly recommend staying away as they find every excuse not to pay out including sending assessor after assessor until they could reach a verdict that was beneficial to them.

  They seem to have shut up shop with no notice to users. Trying to make a claim and they are always too busy to answer . Too many calls . Looks like I 'll have to change to a company that will actually offer service.
