  Had a fantastic experience with purchasing a used motor vehicle from Geographe Ford. The service from Keenan was excellent. As I reside in Perth, the motor vehicle i wished to purchase was brought up from Bunbury to Pinjarra for a test drive and viewing at no further expense. I purchased this vehicle within my allocated budget and got a full tank of fuel without asking for the trip home. Friendly, non-pushy salesman with motor vehicles at a good price is what you want and something I hope through word of mouth I can support.

  Possibly the best dealer experience I have had. Keenan and the team here did everything they promised and more on time and with a smile. Even though I was buying sight unseen and had to travel more than a 100km it was worth it. Fair. Honest. Would definitely buy again if they had the car I was after.

  We went to this car dealership to look at buying a new Ford (and potentially another car). We were served by one of the associates and said that we were going to go and price match their offer. After it was 6,000.00 over what we were offered elsewhere we didn't go back. This then escalated and resulted in harassing and completely unprofessional text messages after hours to my husband. I decided to ring the manger as I wanted to let him know that his associates were sending harassing text messages to potential customers. I honestly shouldn't have wasted my time even ringing...he was actually worse. He was aggressive, unapologetic and unprofessional. I have never dealt with multiple people at a place of business, solely reliant on sales, that have been so atrocious and unprofessional. The last comment in the text message to us was 'see you for your services here at Geographe'. There is no way I would go back there even for a service, if this is the culture of customer relations and service in the new car department -- it would be systemic in every department.

  We just bought our new car from Michael. He was A+++ great service, the price we wanted and a smooth process. Highly recommend.

  Took a while before I got the car I ordered (to specifications). A year later, the car service missed something, but when I gave feedback this was rectified for no additional charge. Happy to have transport available with courtesy vehicle.
