My partner purchased a beautiful ring for me from them, i had it for less than 10 months half of that time it sat in my jewelry box as it didn't fit, i took it out of the box to clean it and get it sized when it broke due to a faulty setting....
They refused to fix it under warranty and tried to charge me an obscene amount to fix it. I went around the corner to a competitor who told me it was made with low quality products and the metal had gone brittle and is charging me half the price to fix it.
Not impressed very glad my partner and i decided at the last minuet to purchase our engagement ring from a well know jeweler.......
Will not return to this store......
